Thank you for shopping with TáSia Hair! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 business daysafter payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping
  • Overnight Shipping

Estimated delivery times are in addition to the order processing period and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping

TáSia Hair ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery. TáSia Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Important Shipping Notes

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders.
  • Shipping delays may occur during peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience.
  • TáSia Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
