Thank you for shopping with TáSia Hair! We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.


LASHES

All lashes are FINAL SALE. No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions.


HAIR BUNDLES

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and unworn
  • In their original sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of TáSia Hair. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our policy requirements upon verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following hair bundle items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or worn hair products
  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. If the replacement item differs in price, the cost difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit to be used toward a future TáSia Hair purchase. No cash refunds are offered.

Return Shipping

  • United States orders: TáSia Hair will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • International orders: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. All requests must be verified before a return is approved. Do not ship items back without prior authorization from TáSia Hair.
